Q: Are you afraid of dying?

A: Are you not? But seriously though, chances are, I'm less afraid of dying than you are. I'm scared of so so many things, I'm not quite a brave person. But dying? It's more sad than scary to me. I'd be sad that I'd miss out on all the experiences I'd try if I'd live. I'd be sad that people who love me would be mouring and be in deep sorrow. I'd be sad to make anyone cry because of my death. Though, I believe there are so many things worse than death in the world. Death is like quite a neutral thing. Even stars die, afterall.

Q: Why are you afraid of aging if you're not that afraid of dying?

A: Because aging is awful. Don't take me wrong, I've met people who enjoyed it. I've met people who aged beautifully and are spending their retirement in happiness and relaxation. Many believe that age gives wisdom. However, I see the other side of aging: health complications, cognitive delicine, loss of autonomy and loss of beauty. We certainly shouldn't be obligated to always make ourselves useful to everyone else, but I personally would hate becoming a liability to others and I'd hate to be kept alive just to be alive. I want to be living. And to live fully, it'd be nice to have a youthful and healthy vessel(body) that isn't plagued with complications that come with aging. Again, we cannot stop time, but the symptoms of aging AREN'T necessary. Multiple breakthroughs in research would agree with me on this.

Q: How old are you?

A: When the project was created I was in my early 20s. When you're reading this, I could be of any age: 20s? 30s? I could be dead, or even in my 300s. Depending on the time you're reading this.

Q: Why can't you just be like a normal person, get married, have some kids and call it a life?

A: So many people have already done that. A path walked by many isn't so fun to me. Besides I have other reasons, one of them being that I'd hate losing two things: brain and beauty. Guess I'm quite crazy. As a child, a certain family member called me dumb and ugly and I took that personally. Now I finally get to be 'pretty and smart' in some people's eyes. I wanna keep that title for as long as possible lol. Think of this as a fun little game to play until I'm dead.

Q: Do you ever think that it's just a phase and you're immature and eventually you'll realize that aging is fine?

A: Well eventually I'll get tired of life. I'd never stop hating aging until it's eradicated but I'll probably hate living to the point that I'll just allow myself to die.

Vitamin E & Flaxseed Oil: Two Natural Allies in the Fight Against Aging

If you're trying to keep your skin soft, strong, and glowing as you age, you've probably heard a lot about natural supplements. Among the buzziest? Vitamin E and flaxseed oil. These two are gaining attention in the anti- aging world — and not just because they're trendy, but because there's some legit science behind what they can do. Let’s dive into how each one works — and why they might be worth adding to your daily routine. Vitamin E: Your Skin’s Personal Bodyguard Vitamin E is a fat- loving vitamin with some serious antioxidant skills. Basically, it protects your cells from damage caused by free radicals — unstable molecules that pop up thanks to things like UV rays, pollution, or even just normal metabolism ( Shen et al., 2012). Over time, this kind of stress leads to wrinkles, dullness, and less bounce in your skin. When taken as a supplement — or even applied topically — vitamin E helps your skin hold on to moisture and strengthens its outer layer. One study fo...

Could a Little Sunshine Pill Slow Aging? New Findings Link Vitamin D to Longer Telomeres (Read Add on note)

If someone told you that something as simple as a vitamin could influence how gracefully you age, you might raise an eyebrow—but new research is suggesting just that. A recent study has found that Vitamin D, long known for its role in keeping bones strong and moods steady, might also help slow down the biological clock. The magic? It’s all about telomeres. Telomeres are like the plastic tips at the end of your shoelaces—they keep your DNA from fraying. But as you age, those tips start to wear down. When they get too short, your cells can't divide properly anymore, which can lead to all sorts of trouble—chronic diseases, weaker immunity, even visible aging. That’s where Vitamin D might come in to lend a hand. Researchers discovered that people with healthy Vitamin D levels—whether from supplements, food, or time in the sun—tend to have longer telomeres than folks who are low on it. The study, which looked at thousands of adults across different age groups, found a pretty striking ...
